Live demo

Watch the method work. 15 minutes, no pitch.

Bring one workflow that keeps stalling. We run the three steps of the AIDOLS discovery method on it live: map the operation, rank the bottlenecks, make the honest AI-or-not call.

What the 15 minutes covers

  1. Step 1

    Map the operation

You describe the workflow out loud and we draw it as it actually runs: who touches the work, what they wait on, where it stops. Process documents are optional, and usually out of date.

  2. Step 2

    Rank the bottlenecks

We put the stalls in order of what they cost you in time and rework. The expensive one is often not the one the team complains about.

  3. Step 3

    Make the honest AI-or-not call

Some bottlenecks want software. Some want a change to how the work is handed off. Some want AI. You hear which one your top bottleneck is before the call ends.

Who this is for

  • Operators with one workflow that keeps stalling and no clear read on why.
  • Teams holding a quote for an AI build who want a second opinion before they sign.
  • Anyone who wants to watch the method run before paying for an assessment.

The same three steps, two opposite verdicts

Medizin Online

Healthcare education platform

The assessment routed most bottlenecks to software, with AI only where it earned a place. Today the platform is onboarding thousands of doctors across Switzerland and Germany automatically.

A-Way Express

Ontario courier

The assessment said don't buy AI first: build the missing Shopify sales channel. The channel shipped, and AI agents were sequenced second.

Before you book

What do I need to bring?

One workflow and a rough sense of how it runs today. No documents, no data export, no prep. If you can describe the steps out loud, that is enough.

Is this a sales call?

No. Fifteen minutes is not enough time to sell anything, and the three steps run the same way whether or not the answer points at us. When AI is the wrong tool for the workflow, we say so on the call.

What happens after the 15 minutes?

You leave with the verdict and the reasoning behind it, so you can repeat both to whoever else has to agree. If you want the workflow mapped in more depth, we explain what that involves. If you don't, the call ends there.

Rather start async

Skip the calendar. Describe the workflow in writing and we run the same three steps on it, then send the map back.
