AIDOLS Research Team
Editorial standards
Research, guides and reference pages on aidolsgroup.com are published under one byline, the AIDOLS Research Team. Every statistic links to its original source, every statement about AIDOLS comes from one checked source of truth, comparisons disclose that AIDOLS competes with the firms it writes about, and every material correction is dated in the log at the end of this page.

Who writes
The AIDOLS Research Team is the group inside AIDOLS that writes and reviews what the site publishes. It publishes in the company's voice and under one byline rather than individual names, so a page stands on its sources rather than on who wrote it. AIDOLS, the company, is accountable for every page. AIDOLS is an AI consultancy based in Toronto; how it works with clients is described on the about page.
How we source
- Primary sources first: the law or regulation itself, the regulator's guidance, the standards body, the original research report, or the firm's own website. A news story or a summary is cited only when it is the original reporting.
- Every third-party statistic links to its source and names the publisher and year. If the link stops working and no archived copy exists, the statistic comes out.
- A figure we cannot trace to a source is removed, not softened with "studies show".
- Our own estimates are labelled as estimates, with the method stated: the hourly rate bands, for example, are AIDOLS Research Team estimates of typical list rates, not survey results.
- Laws and standards are named precisely (PIPEDA, Quebec Law 25, the EU AI Act, the NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001), with the article or section where it matters.
What a cited statistic looks like on this site: “By some estimates, more than 80% of AI projects fail, twice the failure rate of IT projects that do not involve AI.” (RAND Corporation (2024), The Root Causes of Failure for Artificial Intelligence Projects and How They Can Succeed (RR-A2680-1)).
How we check what we say about AIDOLS
AIDOLS's prices, guarantee, timelines and contact details live in one source of truth that the site's templates read, and an automated check flags any page whose fee or guarantee wording differs from it. The guarantee in full: If the deployed system does not generate ROI exceeding its fee within 90 days, the fee is refunded in full. The timeline: first measurable result in 2–3 weeks, production deployment in90 days, full return on investment in 6–12 months. Fees are published on the pricing page.
- No client is named, and no client result or quote is published, without that client's permission.
- Examples that are not real client work are generic and labelled as illustrations. They carry no outcome figures.
- No ratings, reviews or certifications are claimed that AIDOLS does not hold. Where a client's regime applies, we say AIDOLS works within it.
- No individual author names: the team publishes under one byline, and the company answers for what it publishes.
Every change to the site also goes through an automated check that flags retired claims, fee ranges that differ from the pricing page, statistics without a source, and marketing phrasing we do not use.
Vendor comparisons
AIDOLS competes with many of the firms and products it writes about. Pages that compare firms or rank them follow four rules:
- The disclosure comes first: AIDOLS publishes the page, and includes itself when it competes for the work.
- The criteria are published on the page, before the list.
- Every factual statement about another firm links to that firm's own website or to press coverage, or it is left out. No rates, outcomes or rankings are invented, and no firm pays to appear.
- Each comparison says when another firm is the better choice.
Example: Best AI consulting firms 2026: a disclosed shortlist. Treat AIDOLS's own entry in any comparison as a vendor describing itself.
How we use AI tools
AIDOLS is an AI consultancy, and the team uses AI tools in its own work: to search and summarize sources, draft sections, translate, and check pages against the rules above. AI tools are never a source. Every statistic, quote and legal reference is checked against the original document, and a person on the team reviews each page before it is published and is responsible for it. Pages are written in English first. A translated copy becomes the main page for its language only once it is fully translated; until then the English page is the canonical version.
How pages are kept current
Blog posts and research pages, including this one, show the date they were last updated. That date changes only when the content does, not when the site is rebuilt.
- Prices, the guarantee, timelines
- Changed in the one source of truth, in the same release as the change itself; the automated check flags any page that still states the old terms.
- Cost, rate and statistics pages
- Reviewed at least once a quarter; every figure's source link is re-checked.
- Regulation and compliance pages
- Reviewed when the law, its guidance or its dates change, and at least twice a year.
- Guides, comparisons and glossary entries
- Reviewed at least once a year, and sooner when a reader reports a problem.
Pages about law and compliance are general information, not legal advice. Confirm with counsel which rules apply to your organization.
Corrections
If something on this site is wrong, email contact@aidolsgroup.com with the page and the source that shows the error. We check every report, fix confirmed errors on the page, and record material corrections here with the date they were made. Typos and formatting fixes are corrected without a log entry.
Corrections log
Published these editorial standards.
Comparison and market guides: removed statements about other firms that we could not link to the firm's own website or to press coverage, and citations whose original source we could not confirm.
City, industry and assessment pages: removed illustrative client scenarios that carried outcome figures, and counts of assessments and deployments we could not verify.
AIDOLS fees corrected to match the pricing page (Sprint $15K–$25K, Build $75K–$150K, Scale $25K/month), and market hourly rates by firm type unified across guides.
Office listings corrected: AIDOLS has one office, in Toronto, and serves other cities remotely. Pages that listed offices or addresses elsewhere were changed.
Guarantee remedy corrected to a refund: If the deployed system does not generate ROI exceeding its fee within 90 days, the fee is refunded in full. Some pages had described continued work instead of a refund.
