AI Fluency
From chatbot to builder, on your real work.
228 minutes (3.8 hours) of reading and building, on a recurring task you already own. Every written lesson is on this site, in public, at no cost.
First lesson: Name the one task you would hand off · 10 min. No sign-up.
What is free, and what enrolment adds
Free, on this site
Every written lesson, including all three role tracks. Publicly readable and indexed.
Enrolment adds
Guided builds, starter templates, instructor video, graded capstone, certificate, cohort office hours, org roster and completion reporting.
The certificate is issued for the graded capstone, not for time spent or lessons read: built and submitted a working, reusable build for the recurring task they named in Unit 0.
The outline
Seven units. Each one ends with an artifact you keep, and every lesson is readable right now.
- Unit 0
Start here
10 minYou name the one recurring task you would most like to hand off, and record where you are starting from.
You keep: Your baseline
- Unit 1
From chatbot to builder
25 minYou build one working thing on your own real work, and prove it repeats across three runs.
You keep: A working daily brief
- Unit 2
Set it up once
30 minYou stop starting from a blank box. Your context, your rules and one real data source are set up and reused.
You keep: A configured workspace with standing instructions and one connected source
- Unit 3
Which tool, when
25 minYou leave with a rule you can say out loud that tells you which tool a task belongs in.
You keep: Your team's one-page tool map
- Unit 4
On your own work
41 minYou apply the first three units to the job you actually have.
You keep: One page for the decision you own — a first-move brief, a rollout plan, or a signal-to-decision map
Track · Leadership
Track · L&D and People
Track · Physical and Industrial Operations
- Unit 5
How you know it's right
27 minYou have a verification habit and a clear line on what data you are allowed to put in.
You keep: A one-page AI ground rule for your team
- Unit 6
Capstone
70 minYou build one thing for a real task in your own week, unaided, and keep it.
You keep: The thing you keep
Three role tracks
Unit 4 branches. You read the one that matches the decision you own — but all three are open, and reading another costs you nothing.
Read it first. Decide later.
Nothing on this page asks for an email. If the written course changes how one of your recurring tasks runs, the enterprise program is the same material delivered to a whole team, with the guided builds, the graded capstone and the reporting attached.
